Foreign (USA residents under 3 years) must have established rating on/before 2/01 list or acceptable foreign rating to win over $3000 in U2200, $2500 U2000, $2000 U1800, $1500 U1600, $1000 U1400, $500 U1200. THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE- THERE ARE STILL MANY ROOMS AVAILABLE, BUT YOU MUST ASK FOR THE CHESS RATE. If you don't ask for the chess rate, then no rooms are available, because the chess tournament has booked them all!
