19th annual Vermont Resort Open. 5 SS, 40/2, SD/1 (2-day option, rds 1-2 G/75), Grand Summit Resort, 89 Grand Summit Way, Mount Snow, VT 05356. Take Rt 9 west from Brattleboro or east from Bennington To Rt 100,Then Rt 100 north 8 miles to Mount Snow (about 90 minutes from Albany, NY or Springfield, MA). $3,000 guaranteed prizes.

In 3 sections.
Open Section: $500-300-200, top Under 2100/Unr $250-130. FIDE rated.
Under 1900 Section: $320-160-100, top Under 1700 $200-100.
Under 1500 Section: $280-140-80, top Under 1300 $160-80.
Unrated may not win over $100 in U1500 or $200 in U1900; balance goes to next player(s) in line.

Entry fee: 3-day $73, 2-day $72 mailed by 7/3, all $75 online at chesstour.com by 7/9, $80 phoned to 406-896-2038 by 7/9 (entry only, no questions), $90 at site. All entry fees $30 less to Under 1000. No checks at site, credit cards OK.
