The US Chess Federation will rate this tournament; players who have no USCF ratings will obtain them. USCF ratings are used to qualify for the national top 100 each age lists, the All America Team, to represent the United States at the World Youth Championships, etc.
Trophies to top 5 players and top 3 teams of 4, 3 year USCF membership to 1st, 2 years to 2nd, 1 year to others scoring at least 3 points. Team score determined by adding score of each school's top 4 scoring players. Team entry is not required, individuals are welcome.

ends 9:30 am May 18, rounds begin 10 am, 11:30 am, 1 pm, 2:30 pm, 4 pm.
Half point bye (unplayed draw) available in round one, for players
who arrive too late to play that game.
No refunds, advance entries who withdraw receive 1 year USCF membership.
