EF: $20, at site only, no checks. Reg. ends 1:45 pm, rds. 2, 2:45, 3:15,
3:45. One pair of ½ pt byes available, must commit before rd 2. Blitz rated
(will not affect regular ratings), but higher of regular or blitz used for
pairings & prizes.
