1200 Market Street, Philadelphia PA 19107, in Center City one block from the
world famous
Reading Terminal Market with more than 80 food vendors.
LIGHTING HAS BEEN IMPROVED in
the Millennium Ballroom, which hosted sections other than Open last year.
The 200 overhead bulbs in this room, which last year were 2400 lumens, are
being replaced by bulbs that produce 4500 lumens.

(seniors, re-entries, GMs, IMs, WGMs count as half entries, U1200 Section as

rating 4/11-3/12 or unofficial post-event rating posted 4/4/11-4/4/12 is
more than 30 points over section maximum, prize limit $1500. 2) Players with
under 26 lifetime games rated as of 4/12 list may not win over $300 in
U1000, $800 in U1200, $1500 in U1400 or $2500 in U1600. 3) Balance of limited prize goes to
next player(s) in line.

current or former FIDE ratings of 2200 or over: $225 mailed
