at the Hilton Hotel and the Saratoga Springs City Center (see below) have now been closed due to space
limitations.
If you wish to apply to be added to our
wait list, if additional space should become available later, please note the
following wait list applications procedure.
NOTE: Entries into the High School Sections who
then request to transfer to the other sections will be treated instead as
requests to be added to the Wait List.

with the Subject: "Request To Be Added To The 2024 NY State
Scholastics Wait List."
THE DEADLINE FOR SENDING EMAIL REQUESTS TO
CONTINENTAL CHESS TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST
IS 6:00 PM EST MONDAY MARCH 4TH!
There are no phone entries.
The email request must include the following information.
1. Player's Name and USCF ID Number (new or expired
members will need to (re-)join USCF before we process their entry: https://new.uschess.org/join-us-chess
).
2. WHICH SECTION (as per below).

2. K-1 Championship
3. K-3 Under 800
At
the City Center (or possibly at the Hilton), to be confirmed later per
space availability
4. K-3 Championship

5. K-5 Under 600

9. K-8 Under 900
At the Saratoga Music Hall (1½ blocks south of the City Center, 474 Broadway, in the
Saratoga City Hall)

3. The player's grade, birthdate and school.
4. The player's March 2024 Official Rating: http://www.uschess.org/msa/MbrLst.php
5. The parent or coach's address, email and phone.
We reserve the right to make corrections and
possible section changes to player requests submitted with incorrect
information (such as incorrect rating, grade, etc.).
We will contact you by email if space becomes
available.
Later, if space becomes available, we
will give instructions on how to pay and a time frame to do so. After we
confirm payment, we will process the registration.
AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE SPECIAL LINK FROM
CONTINENTAL CHESS
TO PAY THE ENTRY FEE AND REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT,
THE DEADLINE FOR PAYING THE ENTRY FEE (AND ANY USCF MEMBERSHIP DUES) IN ORDER TO
REGISTER FOR THE TOURNAMENT IS 11:59 PM EST MONDAY MARCH 4TH!
