 (each round is two games, one White and one Black), G/3 d2, in one section. 
At Loews Philadelphia Hotel

Enter AT SITE ONLY, in the TD Room, between 7:30 pm and 10:00 pm on Saturday night.
Round 1 10:30 pm, then ASAP, should end by 12:30 am.  One pair of half-point byes allowed, must commit before Round 2.

USCF Blitz-rated (will not affect your Regular rating), but prizes and pairings are based
on the higher of your Blitz or Regular rating. CCA Minimum Ratings may be also used at Director's discretion.

Players must supply their own sets and clocks.
