4-DOUBLE-ROUND, Swiss-System, Blitz Chess Tournament
 (each round is two games, one White and one Black), G/3 d2, in one section.
At Sonesta Hotel, 1800 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Chess parking rate at the Sonesta is approximately $28 per day (half normal rate, valet parking only).  The Gateway Garage, 1540 Spring St. (12 minute walk from Sonesta Hotel), is about $12/day Sat/Sun (self-parking).

Entry Fee: $20 (no checks),  USCF membership required.
GMs free, $20 from prize. US Chess Grand Prix points: 10 (enhanced).

1st, Rated Under 2300 -  $72
1st, Rated Under 2000 - $70
1st, Rated Under 1700 (or Unrated) - $60
1st, Rated Under 1400 - $48

Enter AT SITE ONLY, in the TD Room, between 8:30 pm and 10:10 pm on Sunday.
Round 1: 10:30 pm, then ASAP, should end by about 12:30 am.  One pair of half-point byes allowed any round, must commit before Round 2.

USCF Blitz-rated (will not affect your Regular rating), but prizes and pairings are based
on the higher of your Blitz or Regular rating. CCA Minimum Ratings may be also used at Director's discretion.
$10 service charge for refunds (no refunds after 1st round is paired).

Players must supply their own sets and clocks.
