Prize limits: 1) Players with under 26 lifetime games rated as of April 2023 official limited to $600 in U1100, $1000 U1400, $1400 U1600 or $1800 U1800. Games rated too late for April 2023 list not counted. 2) Unr limits: U1100 $200, U1400 $400, U1600 $600, U1800 $800. 3) If any post-event Regular OTB or Regular Online rating posted 4/3/22-4/3/23 was above 40 points over section maximum, prize limit $500. 4) Balance of limited prize goes to the next player(s) in line.

Open Section: Entry fee $100 more to US players not USCF or FIDE rated 2200/over. GMs, foreign IMs/WGMs: in Open free. US IMs/WGMs & FIDE rated foreign players $100 less. Players with federation "FID" are not foreign players.
Open minimum prize guarantees to players who enter online by 3/22 and play all 9 games with no byes: Foreign GM $1000, foreign IM/WGM $500. Players with federation "FID" are not foreign players.

For all tournaments, adjusted FIDE or foreign ratings, if higher than USCF, may be used. Players must disclose FIDE or foreign ratings when entering, or may later be expelled. Other over the board ratings such as club, league, scholastic, state or province, etc, adjusted if appropriate, may be used at our discretion if above USCF. No rating below the latest official USCF rating, on the list corresponding to the ending date of the tournament, will be used.
