4-DOUBLE-ROUND, Swiss-System, Blitz Chess Tournament
 (each round is two games, one White and one Black),

 Game/3 d2, Quality Inn Fairgrounds, Syracuse, NY.


Entry Fee: $20. No checks! USCF membership is required to participate.

Players are responsible for supplying their own chess sets, clocks and boards.

1st, Rated Under 2100 - $60
1st, Rated Under 1800 - $50
1st, Rated Under 1500 (or Unrated) - $40

Prize amounts are proportioned on 20 entries, otherwise raised or lowered in proportion.
Bye OK in Round 1.
Enter AT SITE ONLY, in the TD Room, between 7:30 pm and 9:15 pm on Saturday night.
Game times: 9:30 pm, 10:00 pm, 10:30 pm and 11:00 pm.

USCF Blitz-rated (will not affect your Regular rating), but prizes and pairings are based
on the higher of your Blitz or Regular rating. CCA Minimum Ratings may be also used at Director's discretion.
